David Nungaray
Co-Founder
David is a proud Mexican-American son of immigrants and first generation college graduate. His story is central to his life’s work and mission. With over 17 years of experience in hiring and selection processes, David’s leadership background has led him to want to share his knowledge with others, especially folks who are often not explicitly taught core knowledge around career and salary trajectories. He has served as a bilingual teacher, non-profit leader, instructional coach, assistant principal, associate principal, principal, and education consultant and strategist. Those roles have informed his community-grounded approach to building a network, leadership coaching, and career trajectory work.
Kendra Banchy
Co-Founder
Kendra is a strategist with deep experience in organizational leadership. Over the past 15+ years, she has served as an educator, education administrator, non-profit leader, and government director. Her work has primarily focused on human resources, talent development, performance management and improvement, and strategic planning in PK-12 public schools, nonprofits and government agency. She has led successful executive talent searches, held senior roles in both small and large organizations, and has led countless projects of all scopes and budgets through successful implementation and completion.
